Crazy revenue from DLCs and microtransactions

Activision (and not only) takes crazy money from the extra content it sells in its games. The company’s revenues from DLC, microtransactions, etc. to consoles, PCs and mobile devices (through the King that pulls out Candy Crush and others) for 2017 was $ 4 billion. It turns out that if the game counts, players have no problem spending their money on it in any way (a striking example of overwatch loot boxes that do not affect gameplay). What do you think about this?
